Chocolate Pudding: Guilt Free and Kicking Cravings!

My son Joey and I love this recipe!!!!! I don't know about you, but sometimes I crave something a little sweet! Chocolate is definitely a weak spot. So I set out to find out how I could still satisfy myself without the guilt, without falling off all the clean eating I am doing.

It is just the right serving size to allow me to kick my craving. It's delicious and guilt free (of course you will need to stop yourself from eating the whole batch!)

2 Avocados, peeled and cut up
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder 
1/4 Cup Raw Honey (I put a little extra in)
3 tbsp of Greek Yogurt, plain no fat
3/4 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
3 tsp raw vanilla extract
Small Pinch of Sea Salt


So easy...through everything into a blender and blend till smooth!! 

Each serving size is 1/2 cup. Place into your favorite cup, place in fridge. Add fruit as a topping, a dollop of low fat whip cream, or dark chocolate sprinkles or chips!
