Kiki's Overnight Oatmeal

Ok, so I have this new obsession and it rhymes with Cartwheel - which is what I do every time I have this!! OATMEAL!!

I have found an amazing recipe for Mason Jar over night oatmeal, and of course I made it my own! I make these 3 or 4 days in advance and they get all stacked in the fridge and ready for the week. My husband, son and I can just grab and go! I made these in less than 10 minutes, and poof you have 3 or 4 meals for the week!! I am still looking fo rthe perfect plastic mason jars, so I can store this in there - so for now I just use tupperware.

These are so amazingly easy and full of flavor!!!

The great part is that you eat them cold so you don't even have to warm them up.

What do you need?

Ingredients:

1/2 cup uncooked old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup almond milk
3/4 cup low fat greek yogurt

1 scoop of Chocolate, Strawberry, or Vanilla Shakeology (or 1/2 scoop of Vanilla or Chocolate Whey)
1 1/2 teaspoons dried chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon honey

Optional: 1 cup of Fruit of your choice!

(If you are following the 21 Day Fix, this would be 2 reds, 1 yellow, 3 tsp, 1 purple)

In a 1 cup jar or your handy dandy tupperware container, put in the oats, milk, greek yogurt, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey. Put the lid on and shake that up! Get a quick little workout in and dance around! Open up the jar give it one nice big stir, and fruit if you would like! Refrigerate overnight or up to 3 days. Eat chilled!
