Oatmeal Pancake

Oatmeal Pancakes? Can this be for real?

Oh but it is!! I absolutely love this for breakfast. I usually have it 3 or 4 times per week (or sometimes 7!!)

Anyone who knows me, 4 months ago, I was not a fan of Oatmeal, or breakfast for that matter. But since I found Beachbody, and began educating myself on clean eating, portion control, how to live a healthy and fit lifestyle, I have found many foods I thought I didn't like, that I actually love! I guess what they say is right. Don't knock it till you try it!

I found a recipe online, and I tweaked it to my liking. Try it out and let me know what you think!

Ingredients

2 whole eggs (or 3 egg whites)
a little less than 1/2 cup of rolled oats (or steel cut)
1/2 scoop of Vanilla Shakeology (you can also use 1 scoop of Vanilla Whey)
cinnamon to taste
splash of almond milk



Mix everything all together. Spray you pan with coconut oil, Pour all your contents into the pan and cook! I like to add Organic Agave onto mine, with banana!


If you are following the 21 Day Fix...this would be 2 red, 1 yellow, 1 tsp, and 1 purple (if you add the agave and banana)
