What is a Challenge Group??

Maybe you have heard friends or family buzzing about this Beachbody stuff, joining a Challenge Group, Shake something, but you really don't know what they are talking about. And you don't want to seem like the odd man out and ask. Or maybe you are letting fear take control, and are afraid yet again this is something you will fail at. Or even a friend of a friend of a friend, had a bad experience so that must mean this is all nonsense.

Whatever your reason for holding back is....Don't you think you owe to yourself to learn for yourself what this is all about? Don't you think you are more than just a sheep following everyone else?

Challenge Group

You may or may not have ever done a Beachbody fitness program before. Programs like the 21 Day FIx, P90x, or T25. You may have heard of them, you may be curious about them, but maybe the thought has never crossed your mind that this is something you could do. Or maybe you have thought about it but you are afraid. 

There is a company, Team Beachbody, and they have coaches, like me! My job is to support you, but helping to match you up with a fitness program that is right for you. We will have a quick conversation, either though Facebook, or Email, or Phone. We will talk about what you are struggling with as far as health and fitness. What have you done in the past, what has worked and what hasn't. What type of person are you, a beginner, intermediate, advanced? Are you just looking for that extra level of support and accountability? Looking to embrace Clean Eating? In the groups, I really focus on the principles of healthy clean eating. Using food as fuel, not starving yourself, creating a lifestyle change. You will have balance between what you love, cheats you want to have, and of course making healthy choices. I will introduce you to Shakeology, which is a healthy dense nutritional meal replacement, NOT A PROTEIN shake. It will be that 1 constant meal per day that you will get, and it will be quick, convenient, and easy.

Everything that I offer you: support, motivation, accountability, the Challenge Groups, tips, recipes, etc - all is yours for FREE. You will be in a secret private online group, with individuals just like you! No one but the people in the group can see what is being said. They may be at the beginning of their journey, maybe they are in the middle, or maybe at the end where they are working on maintaining. You will get daily support, and hear their stories and struggles and how they overcame it. You can learn tips that have helped them succeed. You will be able to share your story, and be able to inspire others. A challenge group is a place to be yourself, open and honest and get to the root of why you struggled before.

I am here to guide and support, I am not an expect - but at expect at anything as once a beginner. 


A Beachbody fitness program of your choice, 30 days of Shakeology, and me as your FREE COACH. After the 30 days, you will need to make a choice. You can continue with Shakeology as a nutritional supplement or you can replace it with a healthy meal that I have taught you how to prepare, throughout the journey of your Challenge group. 

 Each day in the Challenge Group, you are going to log in, I am going to set goals, you are going to take your before pictures and measurements, and track our progress on our own. Each day there will be a post from me, and I will be giving you fitness tips, nutrition tips, recipes, meal plans, trouble shooting. Right now it is vacation season, so we will talk about planning your meals for vacation so you can stay on track. Soon it will be back to school, we will talk about how to manage your life when you are so busy and fall sports for your kids start up - how to fit yourself into your day, and make you a priority, when you feel like you need to be everything for everyone.
