Halloween Candy Detox & Loose that Turkey!!

 Halloween Candy Detox 





OH NO!!!! Halloween is only days away!!! It happens to be one of my favorite holidays. Not only do I love watching what everyone dresses up as....but who does't like walking around collecting ponds and pounds of Chocolate!!!!

Do you think you are going to need a Halloween Candy Detox? Oh lord I know I will need one!!! Hey....just because I am a health & fitness coach.....doesnt mean I am not human! I realize that I'm not the only person who is struggling with the pressures of halloween candy and sweet holiday treats. How are we ever going to make it through the Holidays without gaining the freshman 15??!! Well I know I have come way to far in my journey to turn around now and give up!!

These fitness & support groups are going to help ME and help YOU to push play, dig deeper, and really stay on track with your fitness this holiday season!!! Dont leave me hanging! I am going to need all of you to help me stay away from the candy, cookies and pies OH MY!!!

I know personally its easy to get off track. It starts with 1 piece of candy here, then another, then a cookie here, a few cocktails with friends and before you know it you feel like an overstuffed TURKEY!

HAHAH THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT ANSWER :)


So the 3 day refresh is designed to give you fast, clean, and efficient weight loss. You can quickly drop a few pounds, break a bad habit and get back on track! It's 3 shakes a day, a fiber drink, plenty of water, fresh fruits, veggies, and healthy fats so that you keep your energy and your metabolism going. It is not a juice or fasting diet but a healthy way that is going to give your body nutrition vs starvation.

Then, once we jump start our weight loss clear out the gunk we can make sure we keep our results
and not slide back on into old habits. How you ask??? By continuing on for 30 days of clean eating! Here are my thoughts. I don't want you to do the 3 day refresh and just go back to how it was before you started. I want you to maintain and make progress. So for 30 days I am going to teach you how to meal plan, how to prepare family friendly healthy recipes, perfect crockpot meals - for all of us busy moms out there - give you snack ideas, teach you the importance of proper nutrition, the fundamentals of clean eating and how to fuel your body for energy and not comfort.


 
MY BEAUTIFUL MOM AFTER 3 DAY REFRESH, 30 DAYS CLEAN EATING & SHAKEOLOGY


Requirements:

1. You are required to have ME as your COACH through Team Beachbody.

2. 3 Day ReFresh

3. You are REQUIRED to replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology ONLY for the duration of the group. Once it is over you can decide if you have enough healthy recipes in your pocket to prepare meals without needing shakeology or if you find its convenient and it takes care of 1 meal you can keep going! I havent skipped one day since I started 7 months ago!

4. Then, it is required that you participate in the online closed group daily. Each day I will share a tip, recipe, motivation or meal plan. You check in, rate your day and get your inspiration for the next 24 hours. You can log in whenever you want just as long as I know you are there it's all good!

We will start our plan and prep on November 3rd. That means we will set our goals, I will teach you how to clear out the old and bring in the new, give you recipes, a meal plan outline and suggestions and together we will start working out 3 days later!

   


& Loose that Turkey!!

So...maybe you are thinking you need a little more....maybe you are thinking and stressing about the upcoming holidays! Not only is Halloween right around the corner but so is Thanksgiving.....and Hanukkah, Kwanzaa and Christmas!!


Loose that Turkey is going to be a wonderful support and challenge group. It is going to take you through Thanksgiving and through December and right in time for New Years!! You are not going to have to go through it alone. Don't let the holidays overtake you! You can still enjoy every minute with your family & friends, eating delicious and nutritious food and maintain or loose weight!

Let's be honest, your main goal in life is to live a healthy and inspiring life. You want to live a life that allows you to move freely, to have confidence, to have energy and to be able to experience life the way you want to! All the "I can'ts, I have no time, oh its the holidays I cant do it...blah blah" - Its time for them to stop. You can do it and you will. You owe it to yourself to be healthy.

I refuse to let the things I can control like my weight dictate how I spend my life. I want my kids to be empowered by our family choices and lead by example. So today make the commitment to yourself to get started.
