CIZE...."The end of exercize?" What's this all about??

So whats this crazy end of exercise people are buzzing about?? Shaun T has created an amazing program, that anyone can participate with!! Dancer's, non dancer's young, of a certain age, fit, on the journey....doesnt matter!!!

These are all moves you’ve done in your life at some point. You’ve crossed your arms when you’ve waited for somebody. A lot of people say, I don’t have rhythm...lord knows I am one of them!! I love dancing, just because I like moving, I like having fun, I like being silly. But actual routines and moves? Nope dont got em.

But I heard Shaun T say if you have a favorite song, and you can sing (even off key) to it, hum to it then you have rhythm in your soul. You just have to step out of your comfort zone, feel the music ad move with it. 

So of course, I had to try it out for myself....

I had the most amazing opportunity to work out with Shaun T himself this past Friday, July 17, 2015 at 6am!! I was in Nashville, TN with Team Beachbody for Summit ( which is an annual conference for coaches..but more on that AMAZING experience in another post)

So back to Friday...I was tired and sore from the day before...miles and miles of walking. But I WAS NOT missing my date with Shaun!!

The music started, my heart was pounding, i was so excited. Then the moves came. I started cracking up...out loud, and already was like nope I cant do this - what am I crazy? Then something happened. Shaun T started talking about he believed in us, he knew we could do it, and he was going to break it down. (I suggest you start listening to Shaun T's podcast and such because he is an fantastic motivator) Any way....he took it slow. He went over the moves a lot. He had us follow and practice. Which each time, he would send us his power, motivate, support, and cheer us on. I started to believe I could do, and damn it 50 minutes later I was doing it. Not perfect - but perfect for me because I didnt give up. lets get down to business....What comes with CIZE??
