We all know that this time of year can be so hard to stay focused!! It's the summer, many of us go on vacations, or have BBQ's to attend or host. There are late nights with friends and family, ice cream, drinks on the deck on yard, running around all over the place. I know for me, the month of June was crazy!!!

Graduations, dances, parties...oh my!!

There were a few stumbles along the way, but I have found that it is so much easier when you have a group of people all working through it together!!! I would check in with my challengers, tell them whats going on and they were always ready to pick me up and keep me going! And the same for them...if they were struggling we would pick them up, and if there was a victory we celebrated!!!

If this is your first time here....WELCOME!! My name is Kristin. (check me out here) So glad you stopped by!! I have struggled with my weight and my view on myself for over 20 years. In March 2014, I was over 250lbs, and just knew something had to change. Not only for me, but for my kids, my family too. Since then, I am down 73 lbs, and over 75 inches....and Support & Challenge groups have helped me tremendously!!
