Spaghetti Squash





Spaghetti Squash 

Easiest. Recipe. Ever.


First - Cut your Squash in half. You are going to really have to put your back into it - because this is the worst part of the recipe!!! Why is it so hard?? I have no idea - but i am determined to find a way to get that sucker open without saying every swear word in the world....LOL




Turn your oven on to 425 degrees. After you get the squash in half, Scoop out the seeds. I lined my pan with tin foil. 


Place the squash face up.



Drizzle EVOO over the squash, and top it with sea salt and black pepper. Bake for about 45-60 minutes. 

Once it was cool enough to handle, I scrapped with my fork, all the insides out - looking like spaghetti. 


And thats it! Throw into a bowl, add your favorite sauce, throw some chicken, steak, or pork in there - the sky is the limit!!
