Do you have a meal plan? Why is this so important? Can't I just wing it everyday and just watch what I eat?

These are some questions I have received from clients. It is so very important when you are exercising and trying to lose weight that you eat 5-6 small meals per day, everyday. This helps you to keep your blood sugar levels steady. This also helps your body maintain its muscle mass and food is what fuels your body for your daily activities.

Just winging it throughout the day leaves you wide open for poor choices. Believe - i speak from YEARS of experience! Life can get in the way, you can get so wrapped up you forget to eat, then your starving and go for processed junk.
